We are a private pay practice. Credit or debit card, cash, HSA and FSA are all welcome. We also bill Motor Vehicle Accident claims, and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims are billed directly with no referral required. If your health plan offers out of network benefits, we can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.
